CrownCoat is a brushable, flexible, waterproof sealant that is easily applied to the top of a chimney crown. Simply paint a light coat over the entire crown with a paint brush, not included. Then, immediately follow with a thicker wet-on-wet coat. It sets up and cures in 2 - 4 hours as long as it stays above 45 degrees for four hours after application. This 2-gallon container covers approximately 80 square feet.
